I can't find Smiley Central in
my AOL Mail 9.0 account. Where is it?
If you have tried to compose a message in your AOL Mail 9.0 account
and cannot find Smiley Central, please check that you successfully

it again and compose a message. You should see the Smiley Central
button at the top of your compose message window.

How do I know if I have the most recent version of Smiley Central for AOL Mail 9.0 and
the AOL Web
The easiest way to know is to check your Web browser and/or AOL email
client. Smiley Central is compatible
if you see the My Web Search toolbar on your browser and the Smiley
Central button on the Compose Message page of AOL Mail. If you don't see
first close your AOL built-in Web browser/AOL Mail client, open it again, and it should appear.

I don't see Smiley Central or the toolbar
on my AOL browser. What do I do?
If you have downloaded Smiley
Central and are not seeing the Smiley Central button or the toolbar on your
browser, you are
likely experiencing one of two scenarios:
1) You did not close all your open
browsers once you downloaded Smiley Central. Please do this now and then
reopen a new browser.
